Real Estate Auctions

Iman Auction Company has been a full service company for over sixty years.  Each auction is tailored to the specific needs of the client.  In Trust and Estate situations, Iman Auction Company understands the protocol required by the courts and trustees. As Sheriff of Chariton County in the late 1940s, Cleve Iman began selling land and real estate at Public Auction.  He was a pioneer in marketing real estate by the auction method and was instrumental in making real estate auctions the first and best option to achieve top dollar in the market place.

Estates
            Over the years Iman Auction Company has conducted literally thousands of Estate Auctions.  From a small household auction to major real estate in multiple counties, we have a proven track record on which you can rely. 
            Within the last few years Iman Auction Company was chosen to liquidate one of the largest Trust Auctions to ever be conducted in the state. Lasting fourteen days (selling rapidly in two rings each day) the auction was conducted over a period of a few months to allow buyers to absorb the massive array of antiques.  Attended by buyers from over a dozen states the auction was a huge success.  The last day featured 4.73 acres of real estate totaling $1.175 million. 
             The following week Iman Auction Company conducted two small estate auctions and a business liquidation. Iman Auction Company is dedicated to your auction’s success no matter the size.
Antiques
            Through the 1960s Iman Auction Company became heavily involved in selling Antiques at auction.  For decades Iman Auction Company has been one of the premiere antique auction providers throughout the Midwest. Antique auctions are conducted periodically inside Iman Auction Center with buyers comfortably seated in a climate controlled – smoke free atmosphere.

Farm Equipment
            Farm equipment is selling very well.  With crop prices finally getting up to speed as other commodities, farmers have a more optimistic outlook to the future.  Iman Auction Company has the product knowledge and market savvy to achieve top dollar for your equipment.
Specialty Auctions
            Collections such as Guns, Coins, Indian Artifacts, etc. are sold inside Iman Auction Center and at other locations.  Mailing lists are kept current and a variety of media is used to bring in serious buyers.
